海外患者可選擇台北信義總院或高雄文康分院， 兩院皆可提供諮詢與手術服務。 若希望搭乘大眾運輸，台北院所鄰近捷運站， 往返較便利。
International patients can visit either our Taipei Xinyi or Kaohsiung Wenkang clinic. Both offer consultations and surgical procedures. The Taipei location provides convenient MRT access.

建議搭乘桃園機場捷運直達車至台北車站（A1）， 再轉乘台北捷運淡水信義線至信義安和站（R04）， 由 5 號出口前往診所。
Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT Express to Taipei Main Station (A1). Transfer to the Taipei MRT Tamsui-Xinyi Line and get off at Xinyi Anhe Station (R04), Exit 5. The clinic is located in the building connected to the station.

搭乘高雄捷運紅線，由高雄國際機場站 直達生態園區站（R15），從 1 號出口出站， 步行約 10 分鐘即可抵達診所。
Take the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line from Kaohsiung International Airport Station to Ecological District Station (R15). Use Exit 1 and walk approximately 10 minutes to the clinic.

診所付款 Paying at the Clinic
現場費用均以現金支付，恕不接受信用卡。 可使用新台幣、美元、港幣及韓元； 外幣金額依付款當日臺灣銀行牌告匯率換算。
海外視訊諮詢費用可使用銀行轉帳， 預約就診或療程不需支付訂金。
Our clinics accept cash payments only, in TWD, USD, HKD, or KRW. Foreign currencies are converted at the Bank of Taiwan's posted exchange rate on the payment date. Credit cards are not accepted.
Bank transfer is available only for overseas video consultation fees. Appointments and procedures can be booked without a deposit.

兩間診所附近均設有 24 小時 7-ELEVEN ATM。 使用海外金融卡前，請確認卡片具備 Plus、 Cirrus 或 UnionPay 標誌， 並已開通海外提款服務。 桃園及高雄機場的入境大廳亦提供銀行換匯服務。
Both clinics have nearby 24-hour 7-ELEVEN ATMs. Your bank card should support Plus, Cirrus, or UnionPay, with overseas withdrawals enabled before departure.
Bank currency-exchange counters are also available in the arrivals halls of Taoyuan and Kaohsiung airports.

台北信義總院 Taipei Xinyi
抵達首泰信義大樓後，請向一樓管理人員說明 已預約 15 樓麗式診所。 若進入大樓時需要協助，可使用網頁聊天、 Telegram 或 LINE 通知我們， 診所人員將下樓接待。
Our Taipei clinic is on the 15th floor of Shoutai Xinyi, directly connected to Exit 5 of Xinyi Anhe MRT Station.
Please tell the building reception staff that you have an appointment at Liusmed Clinic. If you need help entering the building, message us through web chat, Telegram, or LINE. Our staff will meet you downstairs.
高雄文康分院 Kaohsiung Wenkang
高雄院所設於一樓， 從街道入口即可直接進入。
Our Kaohsiung clinic is on the ground floor and can be accessed directly from the street.
療程前後的行程規劃
行李與溝通 Luggage & Language Support
海外患者可在就診期間暫時寄放行李。 診所同仁能以英文溝通， 其他語言則可透過 AI 即時翻譯協助。
You may store your luggage at the clinic during your appointment. Our staff can communicate in English, with AI translation assistance available for other languages.
陪同及離院 Companions & Transportation
建議安排親友陪同。獨自來台的患者， 療程後可由診所協助照護及安排車輛， 但部分醫療處置仍須依醫師要求由成人陪同。
療程當天請勿自行駕車或騎乘機車。
Please do not drive or ride a motorcycle on the day of treatment.
We recommend bringing a companion. Patients traveling alone can receive aftercare assistance and help arranging transportation. Some procedures require an accompanying adult, as directed by your doctor.

Larger or multiple-area procedures
上述天數僅供行程規劃參考， 實際安排需經醫師評估。 請先確認治療及回診計畫， 再購買無法更改的回程機票。
Most patients should allow 3–5 days in Taiwan, or approximately 5–7 days for larger or multiple-area procedures. The actual stay depends on medical assessment.
Please confirm your treatment plan before purchasing a non-changeable return ticket.
術後恢復 Aftercare & Recovery
療程後可能出現暫時性腫脹或瘀青， 部分療程約需 2–3 週逐漸改善， 恢復速度依個人及治療項目而異。
Temporary swelling and bruising may occur. For some procedures, these effects can take around 2–3 weeks to improve. Recovery varies by treatment and individual.
入境及簽證須知
入國登記表 Taiwan Arrival Card
須申報台灣入國登記表（TWAC）的旅客， 應在抵台前 7 天內完成線上填寫。 政府官方申報服務不收取費用。
Travelers required to complete the Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) should submit it online within seven days before arrival. Submission through the official government website is free.

免簽資格及停留期限依國籍而異， 請於出發前查詢最新規定。
麗式診所並非衛福部醫療服務國際化推動計畫 的參與機構，因此本院文件無法用於透過 該計畫申請就醫簽證。
Visa-free entry eligibility and permitted stay periods vary by nationality. Please review the latest requirements before traveling.
Liusmed Clinic does not participate in Taiwan's MOHW medical-services internationalization program. Documents issued by our clinic therefore cannot be used to apply for a medical-treatment visa under this program.

醫療文件 Medical Certificates
診所可開立英文收據及支援語言的診斷證明書， 供患者返國後申請保險理賠。 診斷證明書費用為 USD 30。
English receipts and medical certificates in supported languages are available for insurance purposes. A medical certificate costs USD 30.
緊急醫療 Medical Emergencies
若術後發生緊急醫療狀況， 請立即前往急診或撥打 119， 並儘速通知診所。
In a medical emergency, go to the nearest emergency department or call 119. Please inform our clinic afterward.

特殊天候與假日 Weather & Holidays
颱風或特殊天候可能影響門診安排， 如需調整，診所將盡可能提前通知。 平日國定假日原則上正常看診， 週六、週日通常不安排海外患者門診， 實際時段以預約確認為準。
Appointments may be affected by typhoons or severe weather. We will notify patients of schedule changes whenever possible.
Our clinics generally operate on weekday public holidays. International patient appointments are usually unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. Please confirm your schedule with our staff.
